  I highly recommend Anthony "Tony" Vitarelli and his team for your waterproofing needs. They are professional, hardworking and always on time. There are no words other than they are the best at what they do. I will definitely be recommending the company to anyone who will listen.

  Tony and his workers are the best!! They are everything you want in a company coming to your house to do work. They show up when they say, take VERY detailed notes, go over everything with you numerous times so you know exactly what you're getting, are very clean and respectful despite it being a messy job, and are such hard workers. And my basement has stayed dry since they installed my system and upgraded my sump pumps! Thank you!

  Tony and his people are the best. They went above and beyond to install a system to stop our basement flooding problem. Since they finished our basement has been dry as a bone. Tony is a great communicator and his people are polite and courteous. My wife and I HIGHLY recommend this company!

  Professionalism,Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, and Value. My wife and I hired Modern Tech Systems after dealing with water issues in our basement for 20yrs. No regrets. Tony V******** met with me in June of 2023 and assessed the situation and determined what it would take to resolve our water problems. The price was fair and acceptable. Work began in July and was completed within a week. Tony explained everything in detail each day as to the work that was to be completed and was assessable if we had any questions or concerns. Also, cleanup at the end of each day was impeccable. We would hire Modern Tech Systems again in a heartbeat. We will make sure we refer this company to other potential customers.   Had an appointment scheduled for Nov 2, 2023 for 3-3:15 pm. Anthony called about an hour prior to the appointment time to reschedule for the next day same time slot. No show No call. This company showed no respect or consideration for other people’s time. I’m only giving this company one star because it’s required.

  We HIGHLY recommend Tony and his Modern Tech team. Over the past fourteen years we have told co-workers, neighbors and friends about them. We used to get water in our basement after a heavy rain. Renting shop vacs and bell pumps, cleaning up, drying out and throwing out possessions happened more than once. It was very frustrating. Then, in Sept. 2009, Tony and his team installed a drainage system in our basement. Tony was very professional and answered all of our questions, explaining in detail what would be done. His team was very respectful and cleaned up after themselves each day. We live near New Haven and have gotten quite a bit of rain in recent weeks. The pump has been working 24/7 for the past few days. Our basement has been dry since Tony and Modern Tech installed the drainage system. Once again, we highly recommend Tony and Modern Tech.

  Tony and his team worked very hard and did an excellent job waterproofing my basement. I highly recommend Modern Tech Systems because Tony makes sure you understand every aspect of the job. I really appreciated he and his employees attention to every detail.
