      My husband I have placed an order for cabinets on 2/18/24. Were informed the cabinets would take about 9 weeks. They finally came in in may of 2024. The order was incomplete, the design was incorrect. As of today, 10/24/24 we have still not been able to reach a resolution, our kitchen is incomplete, parts are missing and cabinets are damaged. Meanwhile we are paying off the entire lease as if everything was settled. There is zero communication unless we contact the *********** location, and then we get no answers

      Good Evening,  Please see the customer’s acknowledgement of 11/13/24 that they have received all of the materials.  I apologize for not responding to you sooner.  The customer’s complaint that the design was incorrect and the order was incomplete is not accurate.  They needed additional parts, that they reported during the installation, which were ordered for them, but ***** cabinetry is a custom cabinet manufacturer.  They have a 8-10 week lead time, and there is not a way to get them quickly.  The salesman involves reported that the customer called in on numerous occasions asking him to order additional and/or replacement pieces.  As you can see by the list of items we ordered, spray paint, rubber bumpers and replacement fronts are the majority of the order with a piece of moulding.  I find it very frustrating, that they reported the order was incorrect.  Replacement parts do not constitute an incorrect order.  If you have any additional questions, please let me know.

      I purchased a brand new townhome in November 2020. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets had been purchased from and installed by Kitchen Cabinet Outlets. This spring (2023) I realized that some of the cabinet doors were warped out of shape and one was not closing. I contacted Kitchen Cabinet Outlets and they sent a gentleman named Ron to evaluate the cabinets on April 27, 2023. Ron agreed that the cabinets had some damage and also took photos of the warped cupboard doors. He then told me that the office would get back to me. The office has not contacted me! I have called 3 times over the last several weeks and each time I have been told that someone named “Quina”. will call me back! No one has called me! During the last time I talked to the person who answers the phone I told her I would be contacting BBB if no one called me back. Again, I have not been contacted after the associate visit and 3 calls to find out when my cupboards will be replaced.

      Good morning,

           This is not a Direct Customer of Kitchen Cabinet Outlet.  She purchase a condo that was built by ****** ***********  I believe there was some confustion internally on who she was since there was no record of a sale to her.  Nonetheless, we have a service tech going to her house on 7/24/23 and they will change the doors she has an issue with.  If anything else is needed, please let us know..
