1 starI did not request information from this college. Nor have I even heard of it before they started ceaselessly calling me, lying that I had asked for a call from them. This seems like a huge scam to me and on this basis alone I would counsel people to stay far away. I would give negative stars if possible.Review fromDemetrus S.

1 starThis school, was ok when I first started going to college, my house burned down and I was able to do any class work, dealing with begin homeless and getting kicked out of college due to my class, work not getting turned in, and sending in appeal to correct it and showing what lead to my situation, and to still get kicked out, this made me feel like this college or anyone who was dealing with the appeal truly, just in it for the money and not worried about me and my family begin homeless or what could they do to help. I signed up back at at post university cause I was assuming that I would get a more better response than I got the last time when I got kicked out with no reply from the appeal, AM just asking that post university do alot better because I have talk to 4 people that I refer to post university and they have did the same thing to them.Review fromNathan S

We escalated this review to our Assistant Director of Financial Aid who contacted *** ****** to address his concerns regarding Post University. We were able to resolve his concerns and he is satisfied with our resolution. He thanked our representative and verified that he did not have any additional questions or concerns. At Post University, we have steps in place to ensure our students have an exceptional academic experience. If at any time a student has a concern, we encourage them to first contact a manager within the financial aid department and review our Student Complaints process as published on our website at https://post.edu/about/student-satisfaction-and-performance/student-complaints/. This is in place to ensure that students have Post University resources available to escalate questions and concerns.
