  Tyler (owner of business) came to my home to quote me for my driveway resurfaced in millings and at length explained what would happen and what would be the end result and how long it would last and showed me other properties he has done in the past. Through ******** ******* ********* is all of our correspondences except in person talking. We agreed on a cash price of 4000.00 and my driveway would harden to the point of shoveling and even light snowblowing. Driveway was first done late September 2021. I was told it would harden within a "couple weeks". Weeks turned into months with me reaching out to him twice a week about it. Winter came and I was left to shovel snow and driveway gravel all winter into my front lawn. I demanded he come first thing in spring this year and he was "too busy" finally showing up September 2022 and refused to pour more millings where I am down to dirt and said he would roll the driveway once more but "that's it". I am left with a gravel driveway with huge spots where I am down to base dirt. Had another millings expert come look at driveway and basically told me what I already knew....I was taken for a ride. I have pictures and video documenting all of this from day one and just want my driveway in the condition I was promised and asked for and paid for.

  i installed a milling driveway last year. The millings were put down and compacted. Toni reached out months later and said it had not hardened fully yet. (She did not contact me twice a week as she stated i also have the messages) we set up a time to meet she showed me the area she said was “down to dirt” the area was not down to dirt it was hardened millings that crusted over and i provided a pic here. There was one small hole in driveway that was washed out do to water run off from a city road. The small hole was filled in with millings i brought over and The driveway was re rolled/ compacted 3-4 more times on oct 9 2022. She has not contacted me since. I have had no other issues with the dozens of other driveways, parkinglots, and parking spots i have done. I dont mind customer service and touching something up which was done. The picture i attached was an area showed to me by toni she said was “down to dirt” #1 dirt is brown  #2 the picture is of hard packed millings that crusted over time like i said they would. # 3 this other “milling expert” couldnt tell that? And what makes them an expert?
