    I hired them for a cleaning and the installation of a new mixing valve on my boiler. Three months later it started leaking. This was an expensive job. It was almost nine hundred dollars for a cleaning and the installation of the new mixing valve. The leak was in a nonmoving part in the piping. After completion, it didn't look good, but it was working. They cut a pipe and capped it with a piece that resembled a top hat . It was leaking because it was either a poor choice by the technician to use this part here, the part was installed incorrectly, or they sold me a defective part. There are no other reasons for this leak.
    Two day after the repair, I received a bill for the repair. When I called to complain that the work was only three months old when it began to leak, I was told that they only warranty their plumbing work for thirty day. Imagine this, they repair your piping in your upstairs bedroom radiator and they only warranty their work for thirty days as the water leaks down your walls. I was told by Phil that he would talk to the owner and call me back. That call never came until I emailed them twice after continuously receiving a bill for the service. I was then told a second time that they would credit me the price for the part but I still had to pay for the service call. They're basically told me that the part that they sold and installed for me failed in 90 days yet I had to pay twice. I payed the bill, but I will never use this company again and I would not recommend you use them either.
