    This is a contractor from he'll. Poor communication skills and the company excellent at fabricating the truth. I would not recommend my worst enemy to seek any type of service from this company.

    We’re very sorry to hear that you feel this way.
    Our company handled a roof replacement project through your insurance, and we worked diligently and professionally throughout the process. After the work was completed and over 90 days had passed with no communication from your side regarding the insurance payment, we were left with no choice but to send a notice, as allowed by Connecticut law, to inform you that a lien could be filed if the balance remained unpaid.
    It was only after this notice that we received a response, where you informed us that the mortgage company had not released the final payment. While we understand this situation can be frustrating, it’s important to note that communication between the homeowner and the mortgage company is essential, and we rely on the homeowner to keep us informed so we can help expedite the process.
    Unfortunately, during this exchange, our office staff was treated with disrespect. Nonetheless, we remained professional and explained our position clearly.
    We always strive to treat our clients with respect and transparency. Our goal is to resolve every project smoothly and in full cooperation, and we regret that this situation reached this level of misunderstanding.

    Love the jobs they have done in and outside of my house. Their's no work to small or to big for them and they our reasonable with the prices. If you don't want to be taken for your money, call Ecua Giovanny and you won't regreated.
