    Business Resolution: At time of sale, February 22, 2025, I was told the monument would be installed on my wife's grave, ******* ********, which is located in the next door property, late April 2025 and that I would get a call to let me know that the monument was installed. I never received a call from the business. I called early May and was told that they received the stone and it would be engraved and that I would get a call when it was installed. I never received a call. I called mid May 2025 and said it would be about 1 to 2 weeks till it would be installed and that I would receive a call when it was installed. I never received a call. My son, Joseph, called on Wednesday, June 11, 2025 to inquire on the status of his mother's monument and got a story of equipment problems, that I never heard of in my phone calls to the business. My son told me that he was told by Jim, the person at the business, that the monument was going to be installed on Friday, June 13, 2025 at 9am. I stopped by my wife's grave Friday, June 13, 2025, at 9:10 am, no monument. I stopped by again at 4:55pm and no monument. I drove next door to the business and the business was closed. Business hours posted on the door indicated that they closed at 5:00pm. There was a worker in the back and he told that I would have to talk to someone in the office, but of course, there was no one there. I tried calling but the phone never connected, like it was out of service. I tried several times on Saturday, June 14, 2025 to call the business and got the same response. I sent an email to the business on Saturday, June 14, 2025 at 11:29am, Business hours indicated that they were open from 9:00am to 1:00pm, telling Jim that his phone seemed to be not working and asked to be called when he received my email. No call.

    I called the business on Monday, June 16th, 2025.  I spoke with Jim, the owner, he gave me another excuse that the truck blew a coolant hose on Friday and my wife's monument would be installed later that day.  When I spoke to him on the phone, I asked him why I had to initiate all the calls and he had no response other to say that he was sorry and that he had to change the way he does business.   I said that I could not be the only person that was upset about the way he did business and his reply was that there are other people that were also upset.  I asked him to send me a picture after it was installed.   He sent a picture at 2:42pm.   Finally installed!    I hope that he replies to your submission soon so that this can be behind me and my family and friends.
