    I recently saw a vehicle that is listed on the website as being a certified vehicle. I went for a test drive, and loved the car. I called later that day and put a deposit down and by the next day submitted all required paperwork to the finance department through my sales rep Pierre F************ I was called on day 3 and told that the vehicle was falsely advertised as a Certified BMW and could not be sold as a certified vehicle because it did not get oil changes on schedule which is a requirement for certified vehicles. Mr F*********** also then said that "if the vehicle was certified it would be more money." This statement makes no sense since the vehicle should of been listed at the correct price already because it was listed for sale as certified already. If the vehicle wasn't certified the price should decrease. I explained this to Mr. F*********** and he became very condescending and stated that "its just a human error." I told him that it was false advertisement and that I would be reporting the matter. I was assured that he would talk to his management and get back to me. This was a lie, I never received a call back from anyone at the dealership. I left a message requesting a refund of my deposit at approx. 3:30 in the afternoon after waiting since 10am today for that call back. I did receive my refund with a my apologies note from Mr. F*********** and no explanation. I feel like I was discriminated against because I am a African American woman. I have owned several BMW's before and wanted to do business with the dealership that was in my area. I am extremely disappointed at the lack of professionalism. To make matters worse the vehicle is still falsely listed on their website as certified. the vehicle VIN is ***************** , Stock number # ******* Please drive past this dealership! Go to ******** ** **********. They are dishonest and don't treat women with respect.
