I am on automatic refill for propane for heat for my business. For the third time in a year, Paraco did not monitor the tank level properly and the tank went empty and my heat at my business is out. It is complicated to restart the heater after the propane tank goes empty.
I was not called back until 3:15 in the afternoon and I started calling and trying to get help at 9am. My business was without heat for the whole day today. Still not fixed, but hopefully a service call will be made today and we will have heat tomorrow.

Charged $3.96/ gallon propane refill for my home's 1000 gallon buried propane tank on 3/27/2024. Current propane rates across the country are near $2.00. Called local competitor and received a current (NOT INTRODUCTORY ) rate of $1.78. Company is a total pricing scam. They never advertise their rates, I guess for obvious reason.
Get rates of two of their competitors and you won't be sorry! Don't fall for their lock in rates that are still higher than no lock competitor rates and temporary! Why pay double? You do not get better service.Paraco Gas

THEY STOLE HARDWARE FROM ONE OF OUR RENTAL HOMES.
I CALLED AND ASKED FOR OUR HARDWARE BACK AND WAS TOLD WE CAN'T RETURN IT !
Please do yourself a favor.

As part of our commitment to providing reliable propane services, we install our equipment outside homes and businesses, enabling customers to use their propane appliances with convenience. We understand that circumstances may lead to the decision to discontinue servicing a particular location. In such cases, we recognize the importance of responsibly managing our assets in the field.
When notified that our services will no longer be needed at a specific location, it becomes imperative for us to ensure the retrieval of our valuable equipment. This includes the careful collection of our tank, regulator, and all other connectors associated with the tank.

Horrible! I cancelled a delivery b/c I sold my house....they still delivered & I'm in another state not even in ** since October of 2022. I keep getting bills & have called at least 6 times & have told them to cancel the acc't. Got another bill today..........they are horrible...stay away!!!!!Paraco Gas

Paraco prides itself on its commitment to its customers and any instances in which a customer is unsatisfied with the level of service they have received is unfortunate. While miscommunications or misinterpretations of requests between customers and staff are regrettable, they do provide valuable experiences to learn from and recognize in future interactions.

1 starWas told installation would be free and then received a $1000 bill. I had to call 7 times before someone basically told me too bad, read the fine print. Don't use Paraco Gas, find a reputable provider instead.
