    Hello, I co-own *** ******* ******* ********** ** ***** with my aunt, **** *******. It is a 3-family residence. In 2006, Lifetime Roofing & Construction came out and installed a new roof. Last month, it started leaking into the pantry of the third-floor apartment. Over the next few weeks, I called and left 8 - 10 messages for Lifetime Roofing, explaining the problem and asking them to please come out and assess it. No one called me back. On 9/1/2022, I called again and a gentleman named Benny answered the phone. He remembered "like it was yesterday" installing the roof and confirmed that it was still under warranty. He told me he would come out to the house at 5:20 p.m. that day to assess the problem. I waited and waited. He never showed up. Since then, I have left at least three more messages. No one has called me back. I have all of the original paperwork indicating payment, etc. But Benny said he remembered the job "like it was yesterday," so I would like him to come out and assess where the leak is coming from in order to prevent further damage to my tenant's ceiling. I thank you for your assistance with this situation. I did tell them in my last message that I would be contacting the BBB if I didn't hear back from them. So here we are....
