    Jim Juliani is an honorable dealership. On 7/24/24 I wrote a review regarding Jim Juliani Motors about my 2019 Jeep Cherokee. I am revoking that negative review. In fact, Jim Juliani responded back to an email I had written to them regarding the issue. It took Jim a few days to respond to my email so I misunderstood his lack of response as "not taking responsibility". I apologize and in fact, will state that Jim Juliani & his Service Manager Dave P. took action immediately. They emailed, and phoned me to find out details about the problem with my transmission. All the employees, including Gladys receptionist, immediately communicated with me to assist in getting my car issues resolved. They were attentive, sympathetic, professional and worked diligently to get my vehicle repaired. Today my vehicle is repaired, the transmission has a warranty for any future issues. They stood by their word and commitment to me, their customer and that is what matters as a consumer. I would recommend this dealership. Thanks, ******** *

    We never told ******* we wouldn’t refund his deposit, he’s posted numerous bad reviews with absolutely no merit, and when we told him today April 15th to stop and have his CC refunded his response was when I have time. Micheal asked us to repair items that were customer specific on a **** ********* which we did still he refused delivery, which we have the Dealer fine with, we force no one to take delivery of a car they don’t want.. I do have an issue with the needless bad reviews, i they were definitely unwarranted and highly aggressive. Sincerely Jim Juliani.
