    Setup an appointment for a sound install and put a down payment of one thousand dollars down on the job.

    Financial situation forced me to need to cancel the installation. I called on December 26 to cancel an appointment for January 7.

    No services were rendered, no products were given and the business will not refund any or all of the money.

    I was told there would be no refund because they had to order product, but the store is full of equipment and I looked at the exact speakers in store I was planning on getting.

    I was willing to pay a "restocking fee" for whatever was ordered and request the rest be refunded to my original payment method. They refuse. I feel this is theft and need your help.

    Any updates on this? Guy just completely took my $1000 for no service rendered, no products given, nothing. I want nothing from him except my money back. He doesn't seem to care about offering anything.
