Worst lawyer I have ever encountered. She is obviously taking advantage of my elderly mom. She is keeping me from seeing my mom even though we are co-trustees on my dad's trust. Seems strange to me that that she still has not notified any beneficiaries of the trust in the last seven months he has been deceased. She never notified me when my mom revoked her power of attorney three months ago, and many administrative errors. I had to ask them to correct the spelling of a beneficiary three times. They included a beneficiary that was NOT even included in the trust to be notified. They also failed to make or keep a copy of a contract between us that I signed. When they realized they didn't have it, she wanted me to send her a copy. That was when I retained my own lawyer. I will be filing a complaint with the CT State Board.
