    The owner, Ryan replaced my outside steps (front and side). He ordered fit in steps that did not come to size. The front steps he added a walkway to fit them accordingly to the ground. The side steps were a continuous problem he couldn’t solve. He tries numerous times to make it work with my driveway with cement but failed every time. Each time the cement crumbled within a few weeks and the sizing of the steps were too low causing my daughter to hit her head on the door in front of her. Ryan also came to my house visibly high. He then verbally agreed to pay to have someone else fix the steps and never showed. I paid him in full and would like a refund to pay to fix the problem.
    I had to pay another business $2000 to correct the issue.

    We are sorry to hear the ****** family has been unsatisfied with the stairs we agreed upon and the follow up work we provided and further offered. To clarify our scope of work. We ordered pre fabricated stairs approved by the *******.The original stairs arrived in the incorrect size. We returned the stairs and replaced them with the corrected size.. Once the correct stairs arrived they were properly installed. One of the sets had a spacing where it did not meet flush with the driveway. (Note the original set we were replacing did not as well and there was a makeshift fix placed years prior) We installed a concrete landing, similar to what had been there. This space of concrete was replaced upon request numerous times, in various ways the owner requested.Still unsatisfied we suggested she find another contractor to fix the issue and would gladly reimburse. The job has been completed by another contractor and the ******* check has been sent for reimbursement.
