    I have a ****** ***** *** **** model and i was facing engine getting heated up. I approached International Auto service center for the diagnosis and they were charging around $ 147 for inspection . I agreed and my van was given to them for repair. after inspecting I was told that 2 hoses were found damaged and to replace and fix I was charged around $435 which included the inspection charges . I did not drive the vehicle for 1 to 2 days and .when I started using it again I immediately found that the engine is heating up and lot of smoke came out due to heating and I approached the service center for rectification . Now they came out that the coolant over flow tank was leaking. I bought a new coolant over flow tank from the market and approached the service center to fix it. I paid around $100 towards fixing the tank and delivered the van to me.
    I drove 15 miles and I once again got the engine heating issue . I went once again to the service center and made a complaint and now they came with an issue that one more hose is leaking and need replacement which will cost me another $270. I was very much disappointed and expressed my dissatisfaction and i did not want get the repair for an additional cost of $270.
    I was worried that if i pay them and get it repaired there are changes that they may come with further additional repair and demand further charges. I have been discriminated and dragged on to pay more charges. If the service center did a proper inspection at the start itself I would have got proper estimation which would have been helpful in taking a decision to go for the repair with this service center.
    I feel that I have been mislead and discriminated in providing proper services.

    We have been in business since 1977 and still remain family owned and operated. First, the use of the word "discriminated" is a Poor Choice in this day and age especially when we are Foreigners and immigrated to America in the 1950's. There was a discussion in while both sides disagreed. *** ****** brought his vehicle in with one heater hose blown part and another in bad shape. ** ****** was made aware of this and that somebody had previously re-routed these hoses to by-pass an electrical auxiliary water pump. We recommended to replaced this pump however *** ****** declined because of the price and cost of the repairs. At this point, he elected to just replace the re-routed heater hoses and refill system with anti-freeze. After performing this repair, we pressure tested cooling system and there no other leaks that showed up with hoses or radiator at this time. Customer returned the next week and stated something was leaking anti-freeze. We looked vehicle over and found the coolant recovery tank had cracked in its bottom and needed replacement. Nothing was charged for this inspection. Customer returned the following week with a new recovery tank in hand and wanted us to install. Normally we do no not install customer supplied parts, but made an exception to this to satisfy a customer. Customer returned later in that day and another hose sprung a leak. This time an oil cooler hose began to leak which is located on the other side of the motor. This is a 20 year old vehicle with over 120,000 miles and customer was only interested in repairing immediate problems and not preventative maintenance, just the lowest price.
    Customer had already cut corners on repair by choosing not to replace broken electric water pump. Also we explained to customer that replacement of oil cooler hose would have been an additional cos, even if done at time of original repair. *** ****** didn't think he should have to pay for additional repairs needed, nor elected to replace the electric water pump and other hoses at time of initial diagnostics.
