On August 14th I had Richland come out for bees on the 21st I called him back cuz bees were still here they would not come back I rate them a zero

We treated a wasp nest for this client on 8/14. The client called us back on 8/21 reporting that she was still seeing activity. We explained that it is normal to see light activity for a couple weeks (this information is also discussed verbally and sent to our customers in a pre-booking email). We attempted to tell the client that we would still come out the next day to inspect the area and retreat if needed. Unfortunately the client abruptly hung up. We called her right back to attempt to tell her again that we would come out the next day. She denied the follow-up we offered as she said she hired someone else. The offer still stands for us to come out and inspect the area and retreat if needed as we give a 30 day guarantee on nests we treat. Please note the client has not paid for services that were rendered.
