    I went to get a seafood boil. There was no sauce in the bag. The clams are huge and so hard that I couldn’t even chew them or pull them apart. We asked for lemon on the side and got a couple lemons that smell like cleaner. When we mentioned it to the owner, he immediately became, defensive and cussing at us and threatening us. He stated multiple times how he was going to beat us up on our head. He called us out of our names multiple times.. he refused to give us a refund because he was a cardboard line written on it saying no refund, but I feel like if I could not eat the food at all I should be entitled to some money back if not. I had to call the police because that’s how nervous I was about my safety and he was the owner. The cops talk to him. He lied his way through it also told the cops he didn’t have cameras of course he didn’t say he had cameras because it was show him acting crazy. At the end of the conversation with the police he wanted them to tell us about criminal trespassing which I’m confused about because I was ordering food. I wasn’t trespassing . The lady came from the back when the police came and told him that what we said was wrong, but she was not even around when the situation occurred. She was in the back kitchen and didn’t come out until we were leaving the building. So basically they have no respect for women and they lie just to fit their agenda.

    I am a small family run business who takes pride in great food and great relationships with the community we’ve built in **** ********. I have never had an issue with any customer. I 100% take offense to someone accusing this business of putting “cleaner” in food. That is absolutely false and completely disrespectful for someone to say that. The police were called by the business as well because after asking these belligerent customers to leave the establishment, one of them sat there and said “I’m not going anywhere so if they want me to leave they’re going to have to physically remove me” obviously the workers did not touch her but hence that is why she was charged with trespassing by the police that responded to the calls. They also ate/took the leftover food when they left the establishment. The only reason for them calling the police was because they thought the police could get us to issue them a refund, which was verified by the responding officers. We have not ever had a situation like this before and absolutely no conflict since then. We appreciate our customers and their support.
