Bought large hose for pull behind leaf vacuum and it broke after two uses. Contacted by email and they originally said they would make it right, I offered to send it back and pay for a higher quality (the one I purchased was advertised to do what I needed) and they said they’d get back to me. After a month or I sent another email and no response. Sent another, same thing. They just ghosted me. I put bad review on Facebook along with pictures and they have since deleted that account.
On their website they advertise that they are an A+ accredited with BBB.

I bought the cyclone because the sales person told me that the impeller had a lifetime warranty . Mine went bad & they would not warranty it saying it only had a 3 year warranty & a new one cost over 200 dollars. Do not trust the sales person.

Dear *** *********  When the company started in 1997 for about 1 year, the company offered a lifetime impeller warranty. The company stopped that practice and in none of our internal or external documentation will you find an offer like that.
We don't lie to our customers and we're deeply sorry that this is your reported experience. We stand by our practices and offer our TrustPilot scores and reviews in support of our business practices.
Thank you for purchasing (in 2015) and we wish you the best for this upcoming holiday season.

I bought a cyclone rake quite a number of years ago. The vac system works as good as their advertising shows. I have been and still are very please with the unit. It has been bumped into trees. I'v broken parts on it. I'm just now ready to replace the vac hose due to long use. I have replaced the bag a couple of years ago. This year I replaced the casters and ordered the hose. I think I've replaced the impeller once. I pickup a lot of chunky debris along with grass and leaves. I don't treat it very well. I like everything about the unit, and the icing on the cake is the company itself. They are small enough to still answer their own phones, they have my customer records that they refer to when I place an order. This is not some 'jack leg" company that will be gone tomorrow. Once you get one of their cyclone rakes, they are your partner for the long haul. Very impressed with their product and business model. One other thing...they don't stiff you on replacement parts. The pricing is very reasonable.

After a length look over for a new way to vacuum leaves and debris, I went with Cyclone Rake. I order the Commerical System BUT I have concerns with the hitch hook up to my Ego 42" Zero Turn Mower. They contacted me and said they can't recommend ANY battery-operated mowers. I tried to cancel, and they acted like a car salesman when they avoided the question. They said, "Do you have another mower to hook up". I responded with "Cancel Order". I can't recommend them because they had NO disclaimer on their website stating, "Our Leaf Vacuum Systems are NOT recommended for Battery-Operated Mowers". They wasted my time and effort on this. I used ***** ******** for the purchase, and they made me waste my GREAT credit on nothing. My FICO score dropped because of them.

Dear *** ******** - I'm not sure exactly how to respond here and note that you also gave us a bad review on *********** We are a fairness doctrine company and so while you get your say, we also have an opportunity to respond and provide another side to the story. For ease of reference for you or any other customer that is interested in the rest of the story, here is what we said to your ********** *******
Hello ******* thank you for sharing your review. Per your request, we did cancel your order. We have a large database of mowers that we can refer to when customers are requesting information about whether or not the Cyclone Rake will work. However, in our experience, electric mowers are not powerful enough to tow even our smallest Rake and most go through their batteries fast. (Note that a recent ******** user did make his own setup and is using a smaller Cyclone Rake on what looks like a very flat property with a battery-driven mower. We congratulate him but his approach does not change our mind.) We were in contact with you to get more details on your mower since there are occasions when a specific electric mower will work. We’re sorry your mower was not a good fit for the Cyclone Rake. Our goal is to safely match customers with a Cyclone Rake that will connect to their mower and operate at optimum performance. Again, we’re sorry we don’t have a setup for your particular mower. Our intention was not to waste your time but to determine if there was a way for it to work.
As a tag along to that comment, we would offer this: We maintain a 4.8 star rating on *********** We are not perfect but we try very hard to make sure that our customers have a great experience. Clearly you do not think we succeeded. But to suggest that we wasted your time and fall into the used car salesman category is wrong - yes, that's our view. We tried to get you a system that would work. We've noted that some people have done what you tried to do but we recommend against it. And in asking if you had an alternate mower, we were simply trying to solve the problem. You see this as being a used car salesman apparently. We see it as trying to solve your problem and provide you with a system that we feel comfortable standing behind.
We wish you luck in your search and with all your online experiences.
Life is short. Whether you give us 1 star or 100 stars, life is still short and we wish you nothing but the best.
