    Patricia B****, owner, emailed 8/25 saying she did not receive our $500 deposit check for a puppy, even though she confirmed she received the check on 7/15. I emailed back immediately asking what she needed because I mailed the check and sent photo of receipt. She did not respond, so I emailed again almost 10pm on 8/25 saying maybe she confused the litter because we originally requested a different one but that litter was cancelled due to health issues with the mom dog. She wrote back saying she was mistaken and had confirmed the check 7/15 but it was from a "different *******". I emailed quickly saying I'd do whatever she needed to get her the money. She said send via *****, which I did. Sent confirmation photo from **** ** ******* and processed around 11pm Sunday evening. Confirmation said could take 24 hours to process payment to new vendor. Then, on 8/26 at 9:30pm Patricia emailed saying she was cancelling our reservation due to not getting the money yet. I emailed multiple times with photo receipts and bank statements saying it was processing and she hadn't allowed proper time. Then, almost 11pm, the payment went through. I forwarded that. On 8/27 I called, texted and emailed with zero responses. After finding multiple bad reviews as well as a small claim against her, I lost hope. She FINALLY emailed back and said she will not work with us. I emailed back extremely disappointed and asked for money back. This was the most terrible experience and she is an awful business owner. I will be contacting my lawyer shortly. I have all email/communications/bank info etc saved for files.
