    On July 20, 2024, I purchased a 2013 ***** ** *** for $20,200.24. The sales consultant misinformed me that new shocks and wiper blades installed. After three days driving the vehicle to work with so many problems found: defrosted not working, loose steering wheel, bouncy ride. The vehicle was unsafe to drive, I took the vehicle to the dealer for repair, the service claimed no issues found. Another occasion , the vehicle was kept for 3 days at the service and claimed no issues with the vehicle. Finally, I took the vehicle on 09/03/24 to Lexus Service for a diagnostic, No shocks/ wiper blades were installed. I took the estimate to the Volvo used car manager, He claimed, "I'm not going to get it fixed." After, I made another attempt, I went to the dealer, I got ignored.
    After several attempts, I decided to file a complaint to DMV via mail, and also mailed the same copy to the Volvo car dealer. As a result, I received a call from the Volvo dealer and was asked to bring the vehicle for service. I brought the vehicle for service since 09/23/2024. they still have the vehicle for service. I do not trust them, I do not think, they are going to repair the vehicle. The service manager, sales consultant, used care manager, they all lied to me. I'm asking for a full refund or they fix the vehicle properly.

    I made an appointment with Volvo of Westport to have my car services for its 80,000 mile check up. The invoice printed that it would cost $600.00 dollar or so for the service. The service advisor manipulated the price so it printed that the cost of service would be $1200. I could see him change it on the system and when I asked why, he mentioned this was their price and the system was wrong. The dealership serviced my car and I paid. I was suspicious of the cost. I called Volvo of Danbury - a dealership in the same business - and they confirmed that they charge $690.00 for the same routine service check up at 80,000 miles. I believe that Volvo of Westport took advantage of me and charged me an unscrupulous amount for the service and I would like a price adjustment.
