    Nearly 3 weeks ago I contacted Paulo owner for front porch & back deck staining, plus small repair to some lattice, some window frame's wood replaced with **** and gutter cleaning. It took Paulo 5 days to respond to my text. I then emailed him for an estimate but he never answered - he said it didn't go through, but my email is always working. I texted again and after some days,he texted an estimate. His estimate, was higher than expected, but I agreed and emailed him to confirm. He said he was away for "a few days"- I waited, but no text. I texted again asking when he could start and now he said he'd be out of state for a few WEEKS so he could not help me" I wasted nearly 3 weeks waiting for him to respond, he strung me along then he reneged. In my opinion he lacks integrity and cannot be trusted to keep his word on whatever he says. Imagine what he does-or more likely doesn't do- if hired. BUYER BEWARE. Contractors like him don't deserve consumers work My advice is to look for someone else who has respect for consumers doesn't waste their time and speaks the truth. How he conducts business in the manner he does is unfathomable!
