      Late May 2023 my driveway was redone and for the most part it was a job well done aside from one issue. During demo phase, employee of company stated he was concerned replacing drain in current location could impact foundation so he moved it up about a foot further away from garage. I had expressed concern about the angle but he stated it should be fine. After it was done, since the pitch leading into driveway changed (much steeper), I began to bottom out (caused ~1k worth of damage to my car which I have seen paid for). The grade should've been more gradual and the Business owner said I should just get another car. I ended up getting a bigger vehicle and the same thing happened causing damage to the new car (have not got it fixed yet). Bottom line: I've paid $13k for a new driveway and still can't pull my car into my garage without causing damage. I've been trying for months to get business to assist in fix to no avail. I'm reasonable and expect either a complete fix or the Business to share in the cost of custom ramps which now need to be built. Business owner is unresponsive and does not seem to care. Any responsible business owner would take some accountability on getting this resolved. Important to note: Prior to driveway being redone - I NEVER had a problem bottoming out nor having water get into my garage (aside from one time where drain was clogged). Pictures of can be sent if needed but owner is well aware of the issue.
