    I had my car brake down in ******** and state police called Quality Auto Parts and Repair they told me off the road while I was waiting for AAA because there was a lot of traffic told me it was okay I let them know me it was okay and they told me next day I had to pay $220 I've been asking them now for over 3 weeks this happened at 6:12-24 and every time I call them they tell me they will call back and never do today I called them again while in my Triple A to set up for the reimbursement it's been 3 weeks they have told me again we will call you in 10 minutes and never did so every time I call they refuse to give me a simple detailed receipt to turn into the reimbursement Department of AAA I find this quite ridiculous I don't understand how they can not send you a receipt for your transaction and the receipt that they sent me only tells me what I paid and it has no details do it doesn't tell you how much it was for the night does not tell you what it was to hook the car up and bring it into the tow yard just made up a number and had me pay them now that could play is asking for that information they are refusing to give it to me

    Thieves! I called for roadside service. To change a tire. No price quoted by phone. Driver shows up and says "200 cash or 280 credit." Are they kidding? Going rate should be $100. They are surely not reporting that cash either. And I only got a receipt by driving to shop to get one. Frank is a nasty man who said when I questioned price, hey, I got insurance on big trucks.
    No wonder they have no BBB rating.

    I am devastated. The owner Frank has had my truck since November of 2021 till now. The owner Frank told me that he would fix my vehicle that I had nothing to worry about and that I was in good hands. After months of me calling and no no response. I call from a different number and he calls back and tells me the same thing.. I follow up and Frank ghost me again. After showing up to the shop and comforting his staff ask for the keys to my vehicle and they did not want to give them to me. I told them to have him call me and no one would confirm the phone number I have been trying to contact him with. His father told me he didn't know his number. I left mine and ask that he call me ASAP and still Frank did not respond. Instead Frank decided to then in retaliation to damage my vehicle even further... When I went again after a 2 months Frank did even more damage than before. I am so hurt and I cried the entire time I saw this and wrote this review so that no minorities ever go there and end up in the same boat as me. I and so crushed by this I need help some one can tell me what I can do next
