    Petvet care centers ****! All 4 Vets and 10 vet techs walked out of the clinic!!!!
    They have no replacement Vets to staff the clinic! Pretty pathetic! And as result my pets suffer! They are a rip off!
    I paid for the Wellness plan for 4 pets and pet vet care centers would not give me the rest of my preventatives for each pet that I paid for!!!
    That is totally inappropriate and robbing me of my pets well-being!!!!
    They boast that they are a team of committed, compassionate veterinary professionals with the experience required to operate our veterinary hospitals with the excellence that pet owners and the staff that serve them IS A BUNCH OF BS!!!
    THEY HAVE NO COMMITMENT OR COMPASSION if the entire staff left!
    I WOULD NOT OR EVER RECOMMEND ANY VET CLINIC RUN BY PET VET CARE CENTERS! BEWARE!!!!!!

    I took my pet to North Tollway Pet Hospital which is bought and managed by PetVet Care Center but they injured my pet at her head and under her eye! This is the second time that happened! The first time my pet got infected all over her neck and took her two weeks to get healed! The groomer's name is Patty! I took my pet back to them to show them what they had done to my pet but instead of being sorry they overreacted! They were so rude and started pointing their fingers at me! The girl in the front desk, with the tattoo all over her arm, was inexperienced and she did not know how to handle the issue. I asked her to call the groomer. The groomer, Patty, showed up and instead of apologizing said that it was like that from the beginning and that she had shown it to me at the time of grooming while she was lying big time. There was not such communication and she tried to cover her mess for the second time by lying! Then the tattoo girl started pointing out her finger to me while talking with me! Then Kim started talking to me so rudely while she was pointing out her finger towards me so closely, to aggravate me, she was jumping up and down and turning around herself by yelling at me and telling me to take your "animal", instead of saying pet, somewhere else. She was unbelievably rude, unprofessional and weird by acting like that! My pet is so cute and she is my daughter. I cannot tolerate seeing these careless people to injure my daughter and having such an unprofessional attitude!
    I reported it to Julia S****** at PetVet Care Center with all the pictures for the proof of the injury and she forwarded it to the manager but nobody contacted me.
    They are careless and rude.
