    We hired this company to have electrical work done in February and worked was started and finished march 6th. We paid him 3,265. Attached is the receipt showing work that was supposed to be completed. The dispute in this matter is a permit was never pulled to do the work after claiming it was and because of this the inspection was never completed after work was done, only half the house is wired to run of the generator outlet and he has yet to return to bury the wires he installed for the water meter and generator. I have tried to contact him through emails numerous times about the permit and inspection and have recently contacted him again on 7/13/2022 in regards to permit, inspection and the issue with the generator plug. There has been no contact from him since. I would like this matter solved with either the work being finished properly or a partial refund for the work that was not done properly.

    This is in response to a complaint that was made on my company. Claim # ********

    I’ve tried  to pull a permit and was told that a permit can’t be paid till the water bill is paid. Since this complaint I’ve given the town my permit paper and a check. They said they will put it on file until the water bill is paid than process the permit.
