I placed an order for **** **** ********* trading cards on 3/4/24. The description was for 36 booster packs of **** **** ********* cards. I paid $93.88 + shipping. I received my order but only 24 packs were included. I contacted the seller and requested my remaining 12 packs or $30 back (one third of my order as 2/3rds of the order was filled). The seller has not responded to my messages. I've uploaded images to pictures of the order confirmation, description, and product I actually received.

On 12/2/2023 I bought an item from this business's **** account with username "*****************" for $79.94. Scott W*** of Omni Comics & Cards listed the item as "****** *** ***** ******* ********** ***** *** **** ** ***** *** ***** *** *************" and in the listing he said the item was a "(12 PACK) BOX" that has 12 packs of 30 cards and "Number of Cards: 360" and is "New/Factory Sealed". Scott W*** of Omni Comics & Cards sent me one single pack of 30 cards, instead of the 12-pack box of cards with 30 cards per pack I paid for. Scott has the exact same type of pack of cards he shipped to me for sale on **** for $8.99, so clearly the item he was selling for $79.94 was supposed to include more than just the exact same item he's selling for $8.99, based on its price as well as the listing's title and description and picture which all show the item I paid for was supposed to be a 12-pack box of 360 cards. The seller has not responded to my messages or made any offer/attempt to correct his mistake. The first attached photo is of the item I received from Scott W*** of Omni Comics & Cards. The 2nd and 3rd photos are of the listing for the item I bought from Scott W*** of Omni Comics & Cards. The 4th photo is of another listing by Scott W*** of Omni Comics & Cards where he is selling the item he sent me for $8.99, even though he charged me $79.94 as pictured in the 5th photo.
