    My daughter placed an order on May 12, 2023 for an arrangement and balloons for mother's day. When the items were delivered, the balloons were not there. The driver stated that no balloons were sent with him and that he would be sure the bill was adjusted. After not hearing anything from them and no refund a week later, we tried calling. With no luck I reached out on ******** to the main office. They told me they put in a complaint and the store would be reaching out working 24-48 hours. That was May 17, 2023. I still have not heard anything back, have been ignored, and my daughter paid $15.00 for balloons that we never received.

    We had not heard of any such complaint at the time of the holiday or we would have gladly refunded the customer and given a courtesy item to make up for the lack of balloons. This was during the holiday where we need to use temporary drivers from outside companies to handle the high  volume of deliveries we have during our busiest holiday. The driver for this order never communicated to us that the balloons were missing or that they had told the customer to expect a refund. As soon as I first heard of the situation, I immediately called the customer and explained as such and offered to refund her for the balloons and also offered a box of chocolate fruit as a way to make up for the trouble. She was very happy with this outcome and we delivered the box of chocolate fruit and gave the refund as promised.
