    Foxy Fast Lube did an emissions test and an oil change on my car on Friday April 4th about 9 a.m. When the oil change was completed and I was driving off the ramp my car was acting odd. I left and was driving up the street when more noises and odd actions happened so I went back to Foxy Fast Lube and told them what was going on with my car. they looked under the hood and told me everything was fine.. I went home. I had an appointment on Wednesday at ******* in *********** to check the issues, but on my way the check engine light and at oil light and abs light came on. I pulled into parking garage on ****** ****** and turned off engine. My son said go to ******** ****** so I cancelled ******* appointment and *** destination to ******** ****** instead. Friday the 11th of April ******** ****** called me and explained that I had no transmission fluid in my car and the engine oil was over filled thereby causing these issues in my car. ******** ****** had to use 10 quarts of transmission fluid to correct that issue and correct the engine oil issue. **** ******** test drove it and felt it was working ,but could not say if it would cause future issues. He called FFL about paying the bill because of their mistakes and when asked for information about my car he went to check and came back to no-one on the phone, and no-one answering when he tried again. The bill came to $452.58 which included tax.. I would like FFL to pay that bill for the mistakes made by them. The hood tech was Emanuel R******** and the Lower bay was John e. R******.

    Received a call and voicemail on 5 /12/25.  I did not reply. I needed time to get paperwork and mind together.  Received a call and message on 5/13/25. Called back no answer. Left notice I was returning their call.  I called at 11:00 A. M  still no response as of 12:15 P. M.   Will take your advice to contact state departments.

    Oil leaking after oil change. Took to other mechanic and drain plug and oil filter loose and leaking oil. Paid for another oil change
