    I placed a order back in Feb on product in stock. They took my money and never shipped. Their phone number does not work and they don’t respond to email.

    On January 27th, I purchased a product from the company and spent extra money on express shipping. The company pulled money out instantly and I waited for the product to arrive. After not receiving the product in a timely manner I reached out on the 6th of February to see what was wrong and was told days later that they were backed up and they’d be sending out the product soon. On the 16th of February I still had not received my product and so I reached out again and asked the company to refund me my money since they do not have a formal way to ask for refunds on their website. Days later the responded to me, ignoring my refund request, and saying once again that they will be shipping out the product to me in a few days. Since then I have contacted the company multiple times asking for any information on the status of either the product or the refund that I have requested multiple times and have not received any response since.

    I made two separate orders in early February of 2023 and have not received updates from the company. The tracking numbers provided are no assistance. I have emailed several times and reached out through their Twitter as well. The number listed on the BBB site does not function either and there doesn't appear to be a way to contact the company.

    Ordered product on September 16 didn’t receive anything contacted the company through ********* spoke with someone they never got back to me and now it is November 9 still nothing so I’m trying to see can you guys get the problem resolved
