    **** ********y car ready yet two other customers who came in after me was done under 20min. The company broke my vial stem tried to coverup and sawed my rim. I will contact consumer protection as well. Accidents happened and as a business owner you have a right to inform the customer of your mistakes. The person who I spoke to didn’t know I already seen the bold on the vial stem I informed him I received this work from his shop he said prove it I showed him the receipt. I’m asking for a rim they altered and the $90 for a new vial stem all I’m looking for is to be whole. They person on 11/3 said oh you have a crack in your front rim I said ok I knew about that. If my vial stem was off why wasn’t I told this on 11/3/23. If they have cameras in the area they work in you will see exactly what happened to my car. The person today didn’t any try to help me I even explained to him this was not like this when I drove my car in. To ruin someone property and try to cover it up that’s an integrity issue.

    We apologize for the inconvenience. This issue was brought to my attention. The technician informed me the **** sensor was leaking air and after scanning the sensor the battery was dead. He replaced it with a regular rubber valve stem without communicating why to the administration so we could explain it to the customer before replacing it. Customer Satisfaction is very important to us. We installed a new **** sensor for free because we understand there was a miscommunication. We are happy to always address any problems that may arise. Please contact us if you have any concerns in the future
