RETURN POLICY
Products: for unopened products, we accept exchanges for store credit within 14 days. If bought directly from Charene Beauty Services in-store or website not a third party link.
Gift Cards: physical gift cards are equivalent to cash. While they never expire, we cannot replace them if they are lost or stolen. They also can’t be exchanged for cash unless required by law.1st time- no show or notification after 24 hrs. It’s on us – we get life happens.
2nd time- no show or notification after 24 hrs. 50% of service due. We hate that you missed the appointment… As a favor, we only charge you half.
3rd time- no show or notification after 24 hrs. 100% of service due. We miss you but I’ve been waiting.
