  Lemberg Law helped me with a case I had with a lemon car, they were very respectful and always answered all my questions in a timely manner, they saved me from having to deal with an issue I had no idea or understanding about.   I'm a current client and while I hope things improve, they're off to a bumpy start.
  This is not my first TCPA lawsuit. I've been through this before and felt confident about what to expect. I came into the process with documents ready and available from day one.
  What I thought would be a review of documents and a few questions turned into weeks and weeks of one-off questions, some that I had answered multiple times. After weeks of this and me escalating these issues, they agreed to take on the case.
  Since then, it's like none of those conversations haven't happened. My attorney thinks that the firm has never seen the documents that I provided during this screening process and claimed that she was "waiting on me" to provide what they needed.
  I'm repeating the same conversations, sometimes to four different people on the Lemberg team.
  They are completely unwilling to give me any sense of a timeline despite direct requests. Each time, there's a new excuse, and I've hit my limit reminding them of the conversations that I've had.
  My attorney asked me to consult her before proceeding with an issue that could impact my case. When I did that, I was told that I shouldn't move ahead with addressing the issue and that she couldn't share any guidance (despite asking me to loop in with her first so she could do that). It was truly bizarre, and the attorney acted like we never had the conversation.
  The firm helped me before and I was willing to give them a shot. But at this point, I've wasted weeks of time and can't even get my attorney to look at the documents that I've provided, much less give me a reasonable deadline or plan moving forward.

  I bought a brand new car that I had a gut feeling was gonna end up being a lemon within the first two months.   The firm is legit, for anyone wondering, they answer, they deliver, i had a case with harrasment from a bank calling multiple times a day even sunday nights and after hours, they took care of it, they got a settlement and I got a check as well, i had an issue with the check not arriving.
  I was getting dry responses from a paralegal there, unfortunately it took a bad review on the BBB to get them to speed up the process.
  Nonetheless after that Mr. Lemberg himself reached out to me in regards of the issue with the check and solved it ASAP. I got my check i'm currently waiting on it to clear.
  Mr Lemberg is a true man of his word, nowadays it's very difficult to find someone that has that.
  Recommended 100% these guys get stuff done.

  I can’t thank Lemberg Lew enough for their help with my case. They listened to my issue, when I was feeling unheard at the dealership and presented me with how they could help. They did all the work reaching out to my car manufacturer, were able to get my issues resolved and even get me compensation.   I want to thank Jamielyn . I am shocked from beginning to end six months case settled for robo caller. Thank you ,you are appriciated. This law firm did an amazing job.I feel vindicated. Robo caller had me so stressed. They made sure my stressed was taken away with the law that is in place for roocallers and the company was held accountable. Thank you
