    In response to the
    Better Business Bureau case ID 23505410 from consumer ******* ******.  

    ******* ****** initially contacted our Consumer Care Team via our **************
    Contact Us form on Friday, June 20th to indicate she was not
    satisfied with a ******** Healing Ointment 14 oz. product she had purchased
    that had thinned out. The initial Contact Us submission arrived with a
    photograph of the front of the jar, and we contacted the consumer on Sunday,
    June 22nd asking for the batch code from the jar, as this is
    valuable information for our Quality Assurance Team.

    ******* ******
    kindly then submitted 4 additional photographs, one of which contained the
    batch code, and we then processed a letter and free product coupon, up to a
    maximum value of $25.50. This coupon should arrive by mail in 7-10 business
    days, or sooner. If ******* ****** prefers a refund check, we ask that she
    contact us again, and we will send this out separately by mail.

    It may be helpful
    for the BBB to know that Beiersdorf Inc.’s current address is now: (we
    relocated from the ******* ** address several years ago)

    My husband bought this product at **** food store in **** **. They are located on ****** *** ******** **** ** **** *******. It was the product aquaphor healing ointment. The upc number is ***** ***** . The lot number is hard to see for me . And the lotion is very waterer and it is leaking water out of the tube. We paid $20.00 dollars because we bought 1 of them. We just want our money back or a replacement lotion. We are recovering from covid and we are on oxygen. We are a disabled couple. We are on social security disability.
    Resolution, we want our money back please. Or a replacement lotion because of it being waterer . It was the first time we tried this product. Thank you.
