    5/23/2022 amount 4180.00 financed by ******** and sent by Safeguard on behalf and unbeknownst to me saying I signed the documents and even authorized for them to remove funds via ACH from my bank account Safeguard Surveillance and Security ***** *** ** *T. is the company I authorized to monitor and pay the 69.67 a month too. I now have a loan on my credit report stating I owe 4180.00 by ********. (this company was never mentioned in any of my discussions or documentation i signed. I do not have a copy of this document in my possession either with my signature attached. It was most likely done by the installer on his phone. he did take my phone and installed some stuff and setup the alarm system on it. Very sketchy to say the least. They forged my name on this loan as I did not authorize this. Resolution would be to terminate contract and to remove this fictious unauthorized loan out of my name. Complete Fraud. Installer had me sign my name stating it was for the monitoring service not a loan i was taking out.

    Customer ****** ****** was contacted by a Safeguard Security & Surveillance, Inc. sales representative on 06/08/2022. Customer is in full understanding that the alarm system had a credit pull & understands the inquiry on their credit report.

    ****** ****** understands that her bank account information was given for monthly monitoring payments for alarm system. To make the customer fully satisfied, the sales rep has agreed to pay the customer $250.00 directly for the next four months to bring down their total loan payment.

    Customer is fully happy and understands all information in regards to her alarm system and her loan with ********.

    They did not satisfy or comply with resolution.    

    I have texted Lauren Pitmann 6/27th 7/11th,7/22nd,7/28th,8/3rd asking her about check.   
    Her response was I am super sick sorry i know check went out to you.  no check
    7/22    told Lauren I want system removed garage door alarm equipment is not even working and she did not send check
    her response  i 100 percent forgot to call u back i will make this right on Monday
    7/28 i texted her dud u write me a check
    response yes your check went out 
    8/3   it has been a week did not receive the check and no one called to fix alarm

    this time no answer

    Total fraud.     They took a loan out with a company called ******** and signed my name to it,   The documentation they sent to you was only for monitoring.   The ******** loan  i pay every month for the alarm equipment which i did not sign or knew about.  

    I want my money back the equipment removed and the monitoring contract cancelled plus the ******** loan satisfied or I will sue them.
