    This location had illegal activities . A stranger came to the glass door trying to get in saying it used to be his room . I had small children with me. The room had bed bugs and crumbs all over the bed . Unsafe unsanitary building . It should be inspected ! Health hazard for my children one who has asthma

    I booked a room for Saturday, June 29th, with this hotel in the amount of $149.53. I received confirmation of my reservation and upon arrival, I was informed that there was an error with the hotel's system and they did not have rooms available as they were overbooked. I was one of many people in the lobby who were told the same thing. The staff asked for people to write their name and number in a notebook to issue refunds, despite having this information on file as people had already made reservations. Rather than calling guests ahead of time to inform them of this, they waited until people arrived. The staff offered to pay for a new hotel room but were unhelpful in locating one. The hotel failed to refund the transaction. I called multiple times a day for the days that followed inquiring about my refund and about getting reimbursed for having to pay extra for another hotel room. The staff continually gave me vague answers and assured me that the manager would call back "soon", however, they did not do so. I am hoping to be refunded the original amount for this transaction and also be compensated for the inconvenience of having to find another hotel room and pay double for it on such short notice.
