Cloth Doll Supply does not give refunds on any PATTERNS, BOOKS, and MAGAZINES due to the nature of these items. There are also no refunds on the bulk boxes of fiberfill.
All other items may be returned at the customer’s cost for shipping. If you purchased a kit and it looks as though they have been taken apart, we will not refund it. Upon inspection of the returned product being in re-sellable condition A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. A refund must be done within 30 DAYS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Refunds are given for orders minus the shipping costs from the original amount of the order.
