    I agreed to place an ad on a menu for my business (**** ******) for $200.00 on June 1, 2022 - the menu was located at **** restaurant and Adz plus is the one that did the ad/menu. There was no discussion or agreement on any renewal. On May 24, 2023 I received an email stating "contract special rate" with a photo of a receipt attached, I did not see nor respond to this email. On July 10, 2023 I was charged $250.00. I contacted adz plus asking for a refund and that I did not approve this charge or contract. The owner of Adz Plus told me that he spoke to someone at **** ****** and that they gave him (*****) their card information. When I spoke to my employee he stated that he had let ***** know that the owner of the business was away and it was a decision for the owner to make and did not give him any payment information. I emailed ***** - ****** assured me that he does not store card information and the card number had been destroyed previously. I asked him to call me, I gave him the benefit of the doubt and said run the ad but do not do it again, ***** again let me know that he does not have my payment information. July 12, 2024 I was charged $195.00 randomly by Adz plus, no receipt no email nothing to the same card that had been used twice before that he claimed is not stored. I emailed ***** stating that I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt, this must be automatic payment and he needs to refund me. We spoke on the phone and he told me this was for an ad that had already run. I went to **** restaurant to see an example of the menu, **** told me that they haven't had menus with ads in them for years - too many people complained about *****. I asked ***** for a proof of the menu that he ran, after accusing me of being a scam artist and swearing at me through email he said he will get me the menu. This was 10 days ago and I have not heard back, I don't understand how an advertisement company cannot send a proof, even a fake one honestly.

    The women credcard dispute  me harrased me said witchadd did u do everbody trying to rob us r u the mug guy no ru the placmatt man no r u the townmap guy no im the menu guy well u took my money like all those other people. I ran her add shes huseling all add peple i dont have any time for her anymore shes a husler shes robing people for money return on credit card didnt have time to fight it she aint right stop her from hurassing  me thank u sir never ever had a conplaint shes playing the system thank u she and her husband also theaten people i never had a complaint in 38 years
