ive had Windsor federal savings since about summer of 2021, i switched over to them from ******* (a larger bank so possibly im spoiled in that regard). upon switching there was no real issues, i wasnt a fan of how my card would be locked if i was out of town r how i had to notify them when i was going places but i chalked it up to them being a small bank, throughout my time with windsor federal on two occasions ive had to get a new card due to data breaches on their end, i overlooked it since they are whom i bank with but their latest unprofessional acts have caused me to start a new account with chase! on friday febuary 24th i called and asked if i deposited a check would it be better to do so online or in person, i was rudely informed by the rep it made no difference, well it made a difference indeed. not only has my check been on hold 3 days (and 2 non business days) its now the 28th im still waiting for the hold to be relased, my anger comes in because on friday i asked the rep, obviously, if there would be a hold they said two days its now been double that, my rent is incurring intrest charges and i have no gas lol i dont feel like i should have t run my bank down for my funds and i do truly mean run my bank downnnn!!!! since this morning ive called 5 times, being told 4 different answers but what seams like is not properly trained reps and then passed over to a senior rep whom seamed annoyed with my questions pertaining why they havent contacted my payroll? from what they were saying my check is on hold because they can not verify my employer, but i have emails from said payroll saying they have reached out to the bank and have the number the need to call listed on the check, when i called Windsor federal back to relay this message, i was greated with an unwelcoming tone and hung up on three times lol i just want to cash my check and transfer my funds please.
