    Mr Funez sanded and painted imported antique benches and the entryway of my front porch. He did not properly mask off the area before painting and got white overspray on my brick pavers, screen door mailbox, black window shutters and even the bushes . I asked him to remove the overspray he ssid he would take care of it but never did. Then aftet a week or two the paint started to bubble and peel. He also over sanded the benches so the surface is uneven. Its only been a little over six months since he painted the front porch and it looks horrible

    Work was sloppy and contractor wouldn't return to fix mistakes
