    I have a claim in with Vantis life with myself as the beneficiary. Vantis has Gaslighted me and my family several times. This includes "lost" paperwork multiple times. The claim was approved surprisingly but now they are claiming they already paid out via direct deposit. I provided a voided check. I contacted my bank who posts direct deposits same day. They clarified there were non pending.

    Pretty shady insurance company. Put a claim in for accelerated death benefit claim, and they deny it saying we lied. We got the insurance the same time we got another policy through Colonial Life insurance. The claim went through with Colonial Life insurance just fine and we answered all questions the same. So, that tells me they just don't want to pay an eligible claim, and need to make up an excuse. I would never suggest this company to any one. Should of listened to the reviews before I purchased. Now I can't get life insurance anymore anywhere. Scam, scam, scam. That's all this place is.
