    My wife and I was planning our wedding for the summer of 2022, which unfortunately the bride and wedding party fell ill to COVID. When explaining the situation to all of our vendors we were able to receive a partial or full refund. We had every intention of using everyone's services, but Bill's Limousine were refused to understand and continued to pressure us to use their services for another time. Unfortunately our wedding can not take place within the next months as many people will not be able to take the time off as they are traveling from different states. We asked Bill's Limousine to understand our situation, but still they refused and referred back to their cancellation policy which doesn't explain anything about extreme circumstances such as COVID or if there was a death in the family. All we are asking is to at least receive half of the refund as we never used their services. If they need to keep partial of it, that's reasonable to understand, but to force us to use their services within a year when we do not have any intention to use it is not fair to us. Thank you.

    Mr. **** called Bill’s Limousine LLC on March 4th, 2022 to reserve our 28 passenger Party Bus for his wedding July 9th, 2022. He was quoted a rate of $1600.00 for 4 hours of service. A $300.00 non-refundable deposit was require to make his reservation and he was told the final payment was due 2 weeks in advance. Our cancellation policy states “ All deposits are non-refundable. Final payments are due two weeks prior to booking, at that point the entire reservation is non-refundable. You will have a credit with the company for one year. “ On July 6th ( 3 days prior) his final payment of $1300.00 was charged to his M/c on file. On July 7th, He called to cancel his reservation and was told he would have a credit of the full amount to use( We didn’t minus the non-refundable deposit). On July 21st, 2022 Mr. **** called to use his credit of $1600.00 on a new date of July 8th, 2023 and we reinstated his reservation for the new date. On December 12th, 2022 Mr. **** called to cancel his July 8th, 2023 reservation and he was told he could once again use it towards another service. I think we have been more than fair and we are still willing to work with him regarding a credit.
