    i purchased classic car on jan.30th 2023 from selig ford.the manager and sales manager both told me the car could be registered in ct. they delivered the car next day unregistered and to this day feb 18th they haven't done anything. I'm pretty sure the car wont pass inspection and there trying to stick me with a car i cant legally drive.i want my money back or it registered.

    I purchased a manager special truck that is new. After the purchase driving only the first hour it is already having transmission problems. Calling the dealership they said there is nothing they can do and can’t fix any issue. This is all after calling over 20 times and waiting 5 hours to talk to someone.

    We were able to attend to this customer and were able to 100% help them

    We got them out of the new F-150 that they bought on 11/14/2022 and into another brand new F-150 on 11/18/2022 that did not have the issues that they were complaining about

    I personally at the time did field and assist with their initial complaint and then help them through the situation and got them into another F-150 that they felt did not have the issue

    100% happy and satisfied when they drove out of our dealership on 11/18/2022
