    Have had Culligan for a few years now. I pay monthly for membership to maintain the system. Starting in May the Salt delivery stopped. I let a few weeks go by thinking someone will give me a call or follow up... on why Im not getting salt deliveries anymore. After the first few weeks go by I called the office stating I haven't gotten salt delivery, going on 2 months. She was less than helpful and said it would be delivered August 3. Still no delivery. Call again.... stating my issue again, now at this point my appliances are starting to rust, rust rings in toilets, sinks, and now staining my bathrooms. More than just disappointed. This company has damaged my home without a care in the world. If only I could charge someone monthly and think it is okay not to deliver???? (wait that's called steeling my money and damaging my home at this point). Asked for them to cancel my service and refund my money and they told me they couldn't do that???? Called Head Quarters left a message/ still waiting. If I could give zero stars I would at this point.
