    I had a horrible experience with Owner Cathy and her volunteer today 10-27-22. I was picking up Miracle, a Chihuahua mix, when I asked about two high numbers on her blood results she was not amused. Meanwhile she called me rude, phoned the vet in TX and apologized to them saying they must be busy, but to explain on speaker phone the blood work. Her volunteer lectured me that I was too worried. I said I cared, I'm concerned about Miracle, as I am supposed to be because she had been found with about 50 ticks on her in a trash bin, and the last time I saw numbers that high on my last dog she died four days later. Then I said to Cathy you just want to sell Miracle. By then I was in tears and said I'm leaving with out her, and they didn't even stop me because they probably had five more buyers that wanted Miracle lined up. I never had such a terrible experience in my life. I do not want this to happen to anyone else that goes there.
