    I ordered carpet with them and they insisted on me paying up front. They said the carpet was on order and I have yet to hear back from them since. I made the payment on 7/15/22 in the amount of $3100. I'm unsure of what to do. I've left multiple messages and they seem to have "ghosted" me.

    This is the first email I received concerning this complaint.  Mr. ***** did place an order with us Lapointe's Floor Covering on July 18, 2022.  I received his check number ********** and signed contract on July 22,2022.  After the 3 day right to recession the carpet was ordered.  Unfortunately it was back ordered.  The carpet has been delivered to our warehouse and is available for installation.  With all the back orders we have encountered my husband had been extremely busy getting all the back orders up to date and installed.  He does have Mr. ******* paper work on his desk and is in the Que for installation.  I have not gotten any calls from Mr. ***** nor did he leave any messages.  In our out going message it also states please call ###-###-#### which is Ron L******* the owners cell phone if you need to speak to someone right away.   Ron L******* said he never received and calls from Mr. *****.   We apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused and are willing to work with Mr. ***** to complete his job.  We did text and call Mr. ***** Friday December 1st after seeing this email as well as calling him and leaving him a voicemail.  We also reached out to his father and left a detailed message as well.  As of 3:37 pm today Dec 03, 2022 we have not heard back from either of them.  We've been in business for 36 years and don't want any unhappy customers.
