    My younger dog was saturated in urine. His tail, all 4 paws and back right side all yellow and dried on urine. My groomer ,who has worked at kennels before said its from sitting in their own pee all day. I also gave 2 cans of moist food for 5 days there. My dog eats 1/4 cup 2 x daily and I was given back basically one full can ????.
    My older dog had a sore on side , again probably from sitting in urine.
    The older woman took my younger dog by the collar to get him out of stacked crate. She held him until he reached floor by the collar only. If you can't walk around or oick up a small dog then its time to retire.
    Very disappointed. We used this kennel prior to covid and not this bad.
    The facility smells and is dirty

    I am not one to write and post reviews , but I thought this was necessary, as I don’t want it to happen to anyone else. I picked up my pups and when we drove away, I noticed two abrasions on my girls front paws, one on her elbow and one on her bottom. On my boy, he had one on his forearm. They also appeared to be very thin. The weight, I am not blaming the kennel, as maybe they just missed us and did not eat, but the abrasions, I was disheartened. I don’t know if their facility is not clean, and they have some type of staff infection, I am hoping they were not abused, but I am not sure. When I called to tell Marlene, she was in caring and did not even apologize. I will not return and I hope you think twice before leaving your babies there
