      I purchased some products from Apothekary on 10.26.23. Order went through and my card was charged $152.59. Payment was processed. The order has never shipped, and still sits at unfulfilled on the apothekary.co site. I have emailed them (only way to contact) 3-4 times now and I have gotten no response from them whatsoever and it is now 11.15.23. I have also contacted my credit card company to fight the charges since I never received any of the product I ordered. I have had issues with this company in the past with customer service and order issues. I love their products so it brought me back to try them yet again. I ordered on 10.4.23 and got everything and it was great so I was hopeful. Second order, absolute crap. Products are truly awesome but I am sick of the run around with their customer service! Give me the products or my money back or both!

      I canceled my subscription several times but they keep charging and sending me products even products that I did not order. When I write them no one replies. I have asked them to stop.

      I ordered product. I was set up with a automatic subscription. I canceled service due to their shipping, of product after I canceled twice.

      I ordered this product and it arrived in a timely fashion. What was received didn't seem to correspond to what I ordered. I went to their company site and used their texting feature twice and recieved no responce. In addition, I had asked about the class they spoke of which their site shows is available in September? I inquired about that too. The onky responce i received was a strange text claiming to be them telling me to update my credit card information. I then sent another email noting the strange text and the fact that my original request for support still was unanswered. They then responded say the card on my account was okay and if I wanted to update it to go back into my account. I then received another email asking me to rare my responce for the customer service rep.It seems they ignore the messages they choose to and respond to the ones they want. I haven't even had the product a month but the expierence had been horrible and I have asked them to cancell my subscription. Thank you for listening, they do not.

      I purchased a 12 tester set in November to try this company out and they auto enrolled me in their subscription service. I emailed them on Sunday after my card was charged and they responded today Tuesday 20 minutes after they had created a shipping label for my order to be sent. I explained that I did not sign up for a subscription and that they provided me no communication or information that I had done so. They are stating I have to pay to return the product and include a note that I want a refund when the product has not even shipped. I explained that this was all an error on their part, that they are misleading consumers and somehow auto enrolling them in subscriptions with no notifications. They have a lot of paid/fake reviews and its difficult to find valid ones but finally was able to on other customer sites and many say they are baited into subscriptions. Even after returning the product as instructed they did not receive a refund.

      I ordered from Apothekary thinking it was a good company since they advertised in ******** and thought they have a good product. I received the product and started consuming it. After 3 weeks I realized that the products did not do what they claimed to do, I was disappointed. I went to their website to cancel any future shippings. My bank was hit on 9/22/22 for the 2nd shipment for 112.89  but it had not been shipped yet. Apothekary website does not have a telephone number to speak to a human being. I went to my account on the website and there was nowhere a place to hit cancel membership, only pause membership. So I paused it. I then emailed them and sent texts at *****. No answer ever received from email or text. When the package arrived I got a big fat marker and wrote refused and gave it back to USPS. USPS scanned the package refused. I thought that soon I will received my refund. Is 11/9/2022 and no refund. This company are selling a product that does do what is promised and then you can't cancel and they they still want to steal your money. Why ******** allows scammers to scam the fb users? This is the worst company. Any bad reviews are been hidden by ******* Very shady. I just contacted my bank and hoping they can help me. Because this company won't do what is right.
