    Process order and paid for BOGO item and didn’t receive any of the products I was supposed to nor ALL of my order. Delivery took 3 weeks and when it came; it was packaged horribly with broken food items. When asked, was talked lowly down to by co-owner as she repeated “ She doesn’t like me, I’m always complaining, stop ordering from them, they don’t need to make anything right, I can dispute Al I want and they will challenge it and win”. I sent their items back to the address from my shipping label only for it to come back to me VACANT unable to forward. Need to receive compensation for my items I paid for- never received and no longer wants. I mean- would you want to continue patronizing a company that is disrespectful and outright told you they don’t like you? I don’t support low class business that don’t respect their consumers and only out for a dollar with customer service out the window.

    On July 14, 2023 ******** notified me that a charge of $165.00 was pending from DC Bake Shop. I contacted the owner through text to ask for a refund, and why was my card charged for something I didn't pay for. The merchant told me they cannot see the charge until it is posted. I contacted ******** todispute the charge on the same day. 3 days later on July 17th, 2023 the charge was posted on my ******** card and I contacted the merchant with the screenshot of proof asking for the refund. The merchant stated they will get the refund started. They sent an email with an invoice of the charge going back to me. I contacted ******** to close the dispute being that the merchant had proof of a refund. However, they told me to give it 7-10 business days before allowing the merchant to prove they sent the refund. The merchant still has not refunded me, and I also contacted them on August 1st asking if they sent it back to my credit card, but no response. The next day they contacted me back saying they will check on this for me, i also sent an email asking for the last 4 digits of my credit card number on the invoice to prove to ******** that a refund should of happened but No response.
