    The sales rep described the volume spray as not a styling spray. I told her specifically that I am not looking for anything styling as I’m looking to improve overall health of my hair and not use any styling sprays. The store never mentioned to me that they do not accept any returns and only exchanges are accepted. When they’re doing false advertising and sell stuff that I do not want, I don’t want to do more business or exchange products. I was simply looking for a refund but they refused. I can only exchange at the original location which was never explained in any form of fashion.
