I have used Bio One twice in the past few years for hoarding situations at rentals I own. Both times they left cat/dog poop. The first time, it was just a couple pieces, and one piece was hidden in an oven bottom drawer, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and hired them again.
This time, I paid Bio One $300 to clean the bathroom and stove, and to sweep and disinfect the basement floor. My handyman said the owner, Kellen, did not clean the toilet right, and that he had to go buy bleach after Kellen cleaned it.
The house did not pass Neighborhood Code inspection, in part because of all the dog poop still on the basement floor that somehow Kellen missed. When I texted him about it, he asked me where the poop was, claiming he had swept everywhere. I told him it was everywhere, and some of it was even moldy, which means it had been sitting there awhile. Zach, the Fort Wayne Neighborhood Code inspector, can confirm all this. Kellen made no attempts to resolve the situation. We swept up the dog poop and threw down a mixture of Dawn, vinegar, and baking soda to get rid of the smell. The inspector did eventually give the house a pass, no thanks to Bio One.
After reading a one star review I'd written, a Bio One rep named Krista Gregg (not from the local office, oddly) reached out to me. I asked for her help in obtaining a refund. At first she pretended to care, but after awhile it was clear neither she nor the local office had any intention of making things right.

These guys were professional and keenly concerned about my safety and well-being as a person when I requested their services. They cleaned up the home and it smells so sanitary and clean again. Amazing job !

I've used Bio One twice now for hoarding situations at rental properties I own. Both times they left cat/dog poop. It was just a couple pieces last time, and one of the pieces was kind of hidden in the bottom drawer of a stove, so I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt this time and try them again. I paid Bio One $300 this time to clean the bathroom, stove, and to disinfect the basement floor. The owner told me he would sweep the basement floor and throw chemicals down to get rid of the urine smell. My handyman told me the toilet still wasn't clean when they were done, and he had to go buy bleach to clean it. The house also didn't pass Neighborhood Code inspection, in part because there was dog poop all over the basement floor after it had supposedly been cleaned by Bio One. When I told the owner about this, he asked me where there was poop, claiming he had swept everywhere. I told him there was a lot of poop everywhere, some of it moldy, which of course indicates it had been there awhile. I asked him when he would be able to come back to do the job right, and he has not responded.

Service was substandard. The so-called deep cleaning was more like a hit and miss effort performed by an untrained person.

When I was in need of help for a bio-hazard cleanup, I contacted my local pharmacist for a recommendation. The most wonderful person answered the phone when I called Bio One in Albuquerque. She listened to my concerns, informed me that the company definitely worked with this type of cleanup and an appointment was scheduled to come out, access the situation, and provide appropriate certified cleanup. The situation was handled with immediate attention, and the results were a clean area. This was my first time using Bio One and I would recommend them as a professional and efficient company to anyone who needs immediate response. So very pleased and happy with the results and all of the employees I had the pleasure of working with.

02/16/2023 I told Bill crime scene contractor that I spoke to HHDC upper management last year about me or my belongings not being inside the apartment when any treatment for mold was being done in front of Irma the landlord. Certification number mold remediation/removal was shown to me when he got to my home after he said he would provide proof. That I had said request in writing in front of him by email, don't put down any chemicals. Bill did what HHDC management wanted him to do and put down chemical that he said was safe but gave me a chemical burn. Bio one crime scene contractor put down a chemical that he told me was safe and it gave me a terrible chemical burn. When I spoke to the bio one contractor Bill on 02/24/2023 he was not sorry or apologized for my injury. Instead he got an attitude and told me I was not the client who hired him so don't contact him again. I told HHDC, Irma Bill couldn't come back into my home and put down more chemicals because I got a chemical burn from the chemical he put down after Bill said he was only coming to do an assessment of the situation. On 02/24/2023 Bill told me I was not the client who hired him so don't contact him again. I personally feel like Bio one as a company is racist towards Black people. No Black person who owns their own business should hire them. This man would not even apologize for the chemical burn I got. It's been causing skin irritation and skin condition to flare up on my body. To get relief from the chemical I have been soaking my body in water for hours a day since 02/16/2023 until I found out what chemical Bill used for the doctor visit for help.

I was threatened legally if I told the truth about what happened during clean-up.
